Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.
Today my class was organized a WILDLIFE SEMINAR in our faculty, Faculty of Environmental Studies, UPM. Alhamdulillah everything went well and going smoothly due to our planning. We kindly open for all FPAS member to join our seminar. We also get supported from PERHILITAN and Malaysian Nature Society (MNS). Thank you very much for sponsored and supported.
Actually the purpose for this seminar is to fulfill the course of Environmental Seminar EMG 4991 that need us to organize a seminar. So, we think that WILDLIFE would be such an interesting topic to talk about. As we know that, an endangered species like elephant, tapir, orang utan, rhinos, become critically endangered. And there are some species that we even don't know their existence like Proboscis monkey that have long nose, Pygmy elephant the smallest elephant in the world that only have in Borneo and Malayan Sun Bear also known as honey bear.
So, our aim for this WILDLIFE SEMINAR are to share knowledge for some endangered species, to raise an awareness towards endangered species, to highlight the factors of extinction and to persuade for conservation and action. We also wants to show others on how to present in front of audience. Not only in class but in many people and formally.
10 animals has been presented today. We're so glad that students, lecturers and staffs has come and join our seminar. We hope that all participant has gain their knowledge in endangered animals and enjoy our seminar.
Special thanks to Madam Rosta for supervising and guiding us, a great teacher and best motivator. Thanks for the committee who has committed in this seminar and makes this seminar successful.
